Bear in mind that most doctors will advise low fat, eat fruit, swap to brown bread or rice, then prescribe more drugs. But like I said I’m not a Doctor, I don’t play one on TV.  This blog covers what personally worked for me and is not in any way shape or form medical advice.

This blog is 100% a genuine record of what I did and what worked for me. I’m a real person and this blog is not a marketing exercise designed to sell you expensive supplements or hope that you click on a google ad (there are no ads). It’s just me getting out the message of how the food supply chain went so horribly wrong and resulted in a global obesity and diabetes epidemic and what you can do about it.
