When I first started dodging carbs I was always heading to google to check on the carb content of every ingredient going into my next meal.
In the supermarket, a lot of the packaging has that information, except fresh produce, meat, fish and so forth, so I started a spreadsheet of the stuff I was cooking with regularly. Over time that grew.
But spreadsheets are boring, so I jazzed it up a bit, added a traffic light system so you can see at a glance the carb content of 100grams (3.5oz) of the most popular foods.
The guide includes :

Dairy | Other Vegetables |
Fish | Nuts |
Non-Alcoholic Drinks | Alcoholic Drinks |
